Dulse Flakes are a raw whole food that can be enjoyed right from the bag or added to recipes. These flakes are milled from Dulse which grows in well-protected coastal passages, is easier to harvest, and gives higher yields. The Dulse comes straight from the ocean without any rinsing or processing, and is solar dried at mild temperatures before milling to retain nutrients and enzymes.

Every step follows Organic Standards that help ensure purity and environmental stewardship. We also voluntarily test for chemical, heavy metal, petroleum, radioactivity, and microbiological contaminants.
